My Story
Health and wellness have always been a part of my life. Even as a kid, I packed balanced lunches, knowing I wanted to live well and avoid hereditary health concerns. Growing up, movement was second nature—dancing, playing outside, swimming, and playing tennis.
In college, I moved into an on-campus apartment and started cooking for myself, learning as I went. My fitness routine? Walking everywhere, lost in thought with my Walkman. Even before I knew I was coaching, I was—the go-to “mom” among friends, encouraging them to take care of themselves.
As I prepared for marriage, I sought guidance to feel stronger in my body. Then came motherhood—long stroller walks, playing chase, and dancing at church. Movement stayed a joyful part of life.
Zumba was my professional gateway into fitness. I’ve always loved dance and culture, so it was a natural fit. My husband encouraged me: “Why not get paid to do something you love?” He was right. Since then, I’ve become certified in multiple fitness modalities and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching.
My mission? To help women embrace a long-term, sustainable approach to wellness—body, mind, and spirit. Life isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. Every journey has stops and starts, but as long as you have breath in your body, you can begin again. And I’ll be right here, cheering you on.
